What you will need
1 pack Canon Foods Chicken Nuggets
1 pack oven bake sweet potato fries
Avocado Herb Crème
2 ripe avocadoes flesh removed into a bowl
2 tbsp crème fraiche or sour cream
2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
1 lime juiced
1 tbsp finely chopped jalapenos [optional]
To serve
1 small bunch chives finely chopped
Lime or Lemon halves
Tomato ketchup or BBQ sauce
Method
Preheat oven 180C.
Place the chicken nuggets and the sweet potato oven fries onto a large, lined oven tray and bake in the oven for 15-20 mins until thoroughly heated – turning the nuggets over halfway to ensure they heat evenly.
To make the avocado herb crème blitz the avocado and lime juice with a wand or small blender until smooth. Fold through the remaining ingredients and place into a serving bowl.
To serve place the baking tray once slightly cooled onto the table with the avocado herb crème in the center and lemon wedges to the side, sprinkle with chives – or if serving to kids transfer to a serving dish.
